Warranty and Contact Information
DVX 1-YEAR WARRANTY:All DVX non-prescription eyewear is warranted to the original purchaser for one year against manufacturing defect in materials and workmanship. If a defect is observed, a claim should be made immediately. This warranty does not apply to normal wear, including but not limited to scratched lenses, accidental damage, misuse and other issues determined by DVX Eyewear not to be a manufacturer’s defect. Original purchaser must include a shipping, handling and processing fee of $7.00 plus applicable sales tax ($27.00 for Canadian residents) to be paid by credit card with any warranty claim.
Upon receiving returned eyewear that DVX Eyewear determines to be defective, eyewear will be repaired or replaced at DVX’s option. Non-warranty repair services are available as it pertains to lenses or frames that are not covered under terms of warranty. Items not covered under terms of warranty which are also not repairable, will be returned to the customer or destroyed at customer’s option and the $7.00 ($27.00 for Canadian residents) processing fee will not be charged.

IMPORTANT: DVX Eyewear WILL NOT Warranty, Return nor Exchange any product purchased through a non-authorized reseller of DVX Eyewear.
