THIS PROMOTION IS IN NO WAY SPONSORED, ENDORSED OR ADMINISTERED BY, OR ASSOCIATED WITH, FACEBOOK. YOU UNDERSTAND THAT YOU ARE PROVIDING YOUR INFORMATION TO THE SPONSOR AND NOT TO FACEBOOK. THE INFORMATION YOU PROVIDE WILL ONLY BE USED FOR THE PURPOSES OF ADMINISTERING THIS PROMOTION AND AS PROVIDED BELOW IN THE THESE OFFICIAL RULES.

1. ELIGIBILITY: The Wiley X Work Hard Giveaway ("the Promotion") is open to legal residents of the fifty United States or the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years of age or older as of September 8th, 2015. Employees of Wiley X, Inc., John Deere and Sasquatch Agency, and their parent and affiliate companies, suppliers and immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, children) and household members of each such employee are not eligible. Participation constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these official rules. Void where prohibited by law.

3. TIMING: The promotion begins on September 8th, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. Pacific Standard Time ("PST") and ends on September 21th, 2015 at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Daylight Saving Time ("PDT") (the "Promotion Period").
4. HOW TO ENTER: During the Promotion Period, participants may enter one of the following two ways:

ONLINE: Visit https://wxjohndeeregiveaway.com during the Promotion Period and fill out the registration form. Each entrant must provide his or her full name, email address and phone number. Entrants must click ˜Submit' when finished.

BY MAIL: The Promotion may be entered by mailing, via United States first class mail, a 3"x5" card containing their full name, email address, and phone number: Ultimate Race Fan Sweepstakes, 5331 SW Macadam Ave, #348, Portland, OR 97239. Entries by mail must be postmarked by September 8th, 2015, and received by September 18th, 2015.

Limit: Each entry received regardless of the method of entry shall constitute one (1) entry, and each eligible participant is limited to one (1) entry. Entries in excess of this limit from the same person or from the same email or physical address will not be included in the drawing and are void. Should a dispute arise over registration, the authorized account holder of the email used to register will be deemed to be the qualified entrant. The "authorized account holder" is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, Internet service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Potential winners may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder.

5. GENERAL CONDITIONS: Incomplete submissions, or those containing incorrect information or those that do not follow the Official Rules will be voided. Proof of sending a submission will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor. By participating in this Promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor that are final and binding in all matters relating to the Promotion.  Entrant's express acceptance of these Official Rules as part of the entry process constitutes written consent for the use of the entrant's likeness in the Submission for Sponsor's advertising and promotional purposes. Any personally identifiable information collected during an entrant's participation in this Promotion will be collected by Sponsor and used by Sponsor, its respective affiliates, agents and marketers for purposes of the proper administration and fulfillment of the Promotion as described in these Official Rules and shall be used by Sponsor to provide entrants with promotional offers and product information, if they choose.

Released Parties (as defined below) are not responsible for lost, late, stolen, damaged, incomplete, invalid, un-intelligible, garbled, delayed or misdirected Submissions, all of which will be void.

WINNER SELECTION: Selection of one (1) winner to win the prize pack will be conducted by random drawing from all eligible entries during the Promotion Period, within ten (10) days of the end of the Promotion Period.  Total maximum pool ARV: $2000.

6. PRIZE VERIFICATION & CONDITIONS: Receiving a prize is contingent on compliance with the Official Rules. Potential winner will be notified by email or telephone on or about September 30th, 2015. All local, state and federal taxes are solely the responsibility of winners. No substitution or transfer of prize or election of cash in lieu of prize will be permitted. The Sponsor reserves the riht at its sole discretion to substitute any prize package with another prize of equal or greater value in the event that the prize (or any component thereof) is not available. LIMIT: One (1) prize per person or household. Except where prohibited, each potential Prize winner will be required to sign and return a Declaration of Compliance, Liability and Publicity Release, which must be received by Administrator within ten (10) days of the date notice or attempted notice is sent, in order to claim his or her prize. If the potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to execute and return the Declaration of Compliance, Liability and Publicity Release within the required time period, or does not comply with these Official Rules, potential winner forfeits the prize. If the potential winner is disqualified for any reason, the prize may be awarded to a runner-up, if any, in Sponsor's sole discretion. If needed, only three (3) alternate winners may be successively determined, after which the prize will remain un-awarded.

                Once submitted, the Submission, cannot be deleted, canceled or modified. LIMIT one (1)            Submission per person. All entries must be received by the Submission closing date 11:59 pm            PST on September 8th, 2015.

7. RELEASE: IN NO EVENT WILL SPONSOR, THEIR RESPECTIVE PARENTS, AFFILIATES, SUBSIDIARIES, ADVERTISING AND PROMOTION AGENCIES, DEALERS, DISTRIBUTORS, SUPPLIERS, PRIZE PROVIDER AND THEIR RESPECTIVE DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES AND AGENTS ("Released Parties") BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR LOSSES OF ANY KIND (INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES) ARISING OUT OF PARTICIPATION IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES OR THE ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, USE, OR MISUSE OF, OR ANY HARM RESULTING FROM THE ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, USE OR MISUSE OF THE PRIZES.
8. INTERNET LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: If for any reason this contest is not capable of running as planned due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the reasonable control of the Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Promotion, Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion in whole or in part, at any time, without notice and award the prizes using all non-suspect eligible entries received. No responsibility is assumed for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries, or for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or telephone lines, computer on-line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or entry to be received by Sponsor on account of technical problems, human error or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Website, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participant's or any other person's computer relating to or resulting from participation in the Promotion or downloading any materials in the Promotion. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE PROMOTION IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES OR OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON (S) RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ATTEMPT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
9. USE OF DATA: Sponsor will be collecting personal data about entrants including e-mail addresses from entry forms in accordance with its Privacy Policy. Please review the Sponsor's Privacy Policy at the following link: http://www.wileyx.com/corporate/legal.aspx. By participating in the Contest and providing your e-mail address, entrants hereby agree to Sponsor's collection and usage of their personal information and acknowledge that they have read and accepted Sponsor's Privacy Policy.
10. DISPUTES: Except where prohibited, you agree that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, the Promotion or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in the State of California. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, your rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of Sponsor in connection with the Promotion, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of California, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of California or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of California.
